Rental Performance Guarantee

Argus-HAZCO's Performance Guarantee ensures that all rental equipment shipped will operate to the manufacturer’s specifications for the entire length of the rental contract under normal use and operation. If an Argus-HAZCO unit fails at any time within your rental contract, please contact us immediately to receive information on a replacement unit. We will ask that you return inoperative equipment via next-business day delivery at Argus-HAZCO’s expense.

Upon return of the equipment, an Argus-HAZCO technician will determine the nature of the failure. If determined that the equipment failed due to operator error or abuse, the customer will be billed for the inbound and outbound freight to replace the original unit, and any necessary repairs. Argus-HAZCO performs a comprehensive quality control inspection prior to each rental. Due to the sensitivity of electronic equipment and the rigors of shipping, we strongly advise the customer to perform a basic check of the equipment and accessories upon receipt.
